Christopher Bushby

Christopher Paul Bushby, 47 years of age, has lived in Suffolk since the age of seven, coming from just across the border, Colchester. He has three children who live in France - Estelle, Ariane and Heloise. He has a passion for Suffolk believing that the County is a special to live and work in. He has worked for the Suffolk Agricultural Association for 24 years and has been Executive Director for 15 years. In this time, he has given support to other organisations within the County, as Chairman of Framlingham Livestock Association, Chairman of the Suffolk Horse Society, Chairman of Visit Suffolk Attractions, National Chairman of the Association of Shows and Agricultural organisations.
He is currently Chairman of the Choose Suffolk Tourism Partnership, a board member of the Chamber of Commerce, a board member of the Economic Prosperity Delivery Board, a foundation board member of University Campus Suffolk, a member of the Adult and Learning Skills Delivery Board, treasurer of the Suffolk Horse Society and, earlier this year, was made a Fellow of Suffolk New College.
